Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F or heat skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
3. Coat both sides with mustard or dressing.
4. Place on baking sheet or in hot pan.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes (or pan-fry 4–5 minutes per side).
6. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Bone-in chops offer more flavor, while boneless cook faster.
