Ingredients
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 avocado, diced
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup shredded lettuce
1 tbsp lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Warm the cooked rice and place it in a bowl.
2. Add sliced grilled chicken on top.
3. Spoon on black beans.
4. Layer with avocado, tomatoes, and lettuce.
5. Drizzle lime juice over everything.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Serve immediately or store for later.
