Ingredients
1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained
1/2 cup fresh parsley
2 garlic cloves
1/4 small onion
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
2. Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until coarse.
3. Form mixture into 1-inch balls or patties.
4. Place on baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil.
5. Bake 10 minutes per side or until golden.
6. Cool before serving or storing.
Notes
Store in the fridge up to 5 days. Reheat in toaster oven for crispiness.
