Ingredients
1/4 cup roasted almonds
1/4 cup roasted pistachios
1/4 cup cashews
1/3 cup pitted olives (kalamata or green)
1 tbsp chopped rosemary (optional)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine nuts and olives.
2. Drizzle olive oil over the mix and stir to coat.
3. Sprinkle chopped rosemary if using.
4. Portion into small airtight containers.
5. Store in the refrigerator until ready to snack.

Lasts up to 1 week in the fridge. Great for road trips, work breaks, or pairing with wine and cheese.
