Ingredients
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon grated ginger (fresh or powdered)
Juice of ½ lemon
A pinch of pink Himalayan salt
8–10 ounces warm water
Instructions
1. Add cinnamon, ginger, and pink salt to a glass mug.
2. Pour in warm water and stir until dissolved.
3. Add lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
4. Mix well and sip slowly on an empty stomach.
5. Drink 20–30 minutes before breakfast for best results.
Notes
Optional: Add a few drops of stevia if the flavor is too intense.
