Ingredients
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ frozen banana or 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
½ tsp vanilla extract
Optional: stevia or honey to taste
Optional: mix-ins like chocolate chips or peanut butter
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth
2. Pour mixture into Ninja Creami container or freezer-safe pint
3. Freeze for 12–24 hours
4. Spin in Ninja Creami using ice cream mode (or blend again manually)
5. Add mix-ins and serve immediately
Notes
Use casein or isolate for thicker texture
Re-spin if mixture is crumbly
Store leftover base in the freezer for quick prep
