Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 cup rolled oats

1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

1. Combine peanut butter and chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.

2. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.

3. Add honey and vanilla extract, stir to combine.

4. Fold in rolled oats until fully mixed.

5. Press mixture evenly into a parchment-lined 8×8 pan.

6. Chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes or until firm.

7. Cut into 12 bars and enjoy.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
